To access grievance starters available on the NALC website click on the “Member’s Only” section on the top right of the page and login/register if you have NOT. It will ask you to input your first and last name, the last 4 of social security number, your zip code as well as to create/and or enter a password. From there on the bottom of the page there will be a button that says “Member Documents” and a drop down will appear over the different categories. Please use the “Shop Steward’s Guide/Forms”
